As far as unusual circumstances go, mine are quite usual. My childhood and upbringing has been about as normal as it could have been, aside from moving. I have already lived in 4 states in my short life and switched schools double that amount. Permanence became relative and nothing seemed to last, but there were also advantages. I became adaptable to many different situations and became comfortable with stepping outside of my comfort zone. Clemson University is a school which I aspire to get in to. Living in South Carolina has always peaked my interest and having a diverse college would make things only better. Having the ability to adapt to new situations would greatly benefit me in such a place. The many different aspects of Clemson make it appealing in that I have many options and chances to adapt and incorporate myself into a more permanent situation. This may benefit me in the long run as well as the short term in meeting new people and experimenting in new clubs and activities.
