My family and I never really celebrate Thanksgiving. We normally visit family in New Jersey and spending time with them. I still do remind my closest friends how thankful I am, but we don't do anything as a family. This year, we went to New Jersey and just spent time together. I've never eaten anything that could qualify as a "Thanksgiving meal". My parents told me they don't see the importance of the holiday, but like me, they do acknowledge things and people they're thankful for. The best memory I have of Thanksgiving was last year, when I went to Las Vegas with my family. I had a lot of fun, and we also celebrated my Grandma's birthday.
