Assignment 11 - Adkins

 Option 1:

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

A New York State wildlife expert Richard Thomas, found that an average woodchuck will typically displace about 35 cubic feet of dirt when digging a burrow. So if a woodchuck hypothetically chucked wood he would likely chuck an amount of wood similar to that of the dirt displaced. Since a woodchuck displaces 700 pounds of dirt when digging its burrow one can conclude it would chuck a similar amount of wood. So if a woodchuck could chuck wood it would chuck about 700 pounds of wood.
